Welcome to SolarPestGuard. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://solarpestguard.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

SolarPestGuard is an online retailer selling solar-powered ultrasonic pest and rodent repellers. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to SolarPestGuard; “you” refers to the customer or Site visitor.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart at the prices displayed. We acknowledge your order by email; a legally binding contract is only formed once we send you the dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example if the product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In those cases we refund the full amount charged within 5 business days.

3. Product descriptions

We take care to describe our products accurately, including features, materials, and expected performance. Product images are illustrative only — colours and finish may vary very slightly between screens and between production batches. If a product materially differs from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Statements on the Site about pest deterrence describe typical outcomes for typical properties; individual results depend on the number of units used, pest species, and site conditions. Our 30-day money-back guarantee (section 7) exists precisely so you can try the product risk-free in your own environment.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable sales tax where indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price applicable to your order is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout.

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient — see our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Payment

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see, store, or handle your full card details on our own systems.

If a payment fails or is later reversed after dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel the order and, where appropriate, recover any product delivered.

6. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines, tracking, and international shipping details are set out in full in our Shipping Policy. All orders are delivered within a maximum of 14 business days from dispatch.

Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed dates; delays outside our control (customs, weather, courier disruptions) may occasionally extend delivery times. Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you provided.

7. 30-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return:

Email support@solarpestguard.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and confirm the return address — you do not pay for return shipping.
Pack the product securely (in its original packaging where possible) and drop it off using the label we provide.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exclusions: this guarantee does not cover items that have been deliberately damaged or modified. Products damaged in transit are covered separately under our Shipping Policy and do not need to be returned.

These rights are in addition to any statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence, including any statutory “cooling off” or right-of-withdrawal period.

8. Warranty

Our products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty against material or workmanship defects, starting from the date of delivery. If your product develops a fault within this period despite normal use, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. Contact us at support@solarpestguard.com with your order number and a description of the issue — photos or a short video usually help us diagnose the problem quickly.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, deliberate damage, unauthorised repair, extreme weather beyond the product’s rated operating conditions, or normal wear and tear.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to your use of the Site or purchase of a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — for example, loss of profit, damage to plants or property caused by continued pest activity, or delay-related losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence, or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, product photography, illustrations, logos, and page design — is owned by SolarPestGuard or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reuse, copy, republish, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

11. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Site to:

Break any applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or normal operation.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Site without our written consent.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including at checkout.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site or place orders after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [SWEDEN / JURISDICTION where SolarPestGuard is registered]. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct discussion will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction — subject always to your statutory consumer rights in the country where you live.
